Grab a single Kettlebell and get after this simple complex with a twist.



Set a timer for 20 minutes ⏲️



Complete this complex on both arms-



Deadlift


Thruster


Swing


Half snatch



That’s round 1 💥



Add a rep each round of each movement



2 Deadlifts


2 Thrusters


2 Swings


2 Half snatch



You get the picture!



Add rep each round until you either can’t complete the complex or the 20 minute window runs out



Rest as needed between rounds
