Listening to @joeroganexperience and he detailed his go to Kettlebell workout. I had to give it a go, save this so you can to. Joe would usually use a 28kg or 32kg Kettlebell for this. I opted for 28kg and I’m glad I did. It was a killer workout.
The warm up-
Set up at timer for every 90 seconds for 10 rounds. 15 minutes total. Every 90 seconds complete-
10 Press up
10 Air squats
Rest the remaining time. Long rest periods but your going to hit 100 press ups and 100 air squats a we’re not looking for heavy fatigue here. I used @smartwod.app
The Workout-
Each movement we’re going 10 reps each side for 3 sets. Resting at least 2 minutes between sets. The goal is to recover before the next set, using the @strongfirst philosophy.
Movements-
-One handed swings
-Clean and press (staying strict on the press)
-Windmill (I found really challenging)
-Renegade rows
If you don’t have two Kettlebells the same weight for renegade rows. Do one side and swap round for the other.
