Kettlebell EMOM banger 💥


You’re going to want to save this one. Full upper body pump from this Kettlebell workout. Grab a single Kettlebell and set a timer for every minute on the minute for 16 minutes. I use @smartwod.app



Minute 1- Left arm


Minute 2- Right arm



Each minute complete a simple complex of-



1 Cluster


2 Power cleans


3 Snatch


4 Push press



Rest the remainder of the minute.



Swapping arms each minute for the full 16 minutes. Simple but full upper body workout. Feel free to extend this timer to suit your needs. This was a finisher from a pull workout from my programme.
