NO FRILLS KETTLEBELL SWING TUTORIAL

Far too much content telling people what not to do. It will never be my approach. I strongly believe you should just do you, have your own style. Using the Kettlebell or any other tool, safely should be at the forefront of your mind but always remember to have fun, use your own style and get after it while you can.
Now if you do want to know how I setup a Kettlebell swing, here’s it is-
-Feet two lengths back from the Kettlebell and just outside of hip width (@thekb6ix great cue)
-Drive the hips back as if to press a button behind you. Hinging and preloading those hamstrings
-Collect the Kettlebell maintaining all that tension with a neutral spine.
-Hike the Kettlebell deep into the gooch, don’t worry you won’t smash your valuables.
-Aggressive drive into a standing plank. Tight glutes and core.
-Be patient on the bell drop and load those hamstring up again.
Rinse and repeat.
